Author's POV.
It was night. Priya was cleaning dirty utensils in the kitchen, no one was present around.
Abhigyan grabbed the opportunity and entered inside the kitchen. Taking slow steps, he snaked his hands around her waist.
Priya knew it was him.
Who else would dare to hold her?
He slowly, rubbed his nose on her neck.
She didn't react.
He kept on standing, with his arms around her waist, until she finished her work.
Pushing his hands away from her waist, she wiped her hands and started moving towards her room.
Abhigyan followed her, silently.
After they entered the room, he closed the door behind them.
She opened her jewels and kept it in the drawer. Taking out her night cotton saree from the cupboard, she started walking out of the room, but Abhigyan held her wrist and stopped her.
She tried to loosen his hold, but failed miserably.
In a swift motion, he pushed her against the wall, their chests crashing against each other. He took the clothes from her hand and threw it aside on the bed.
Placing a needy, hungry kiss on her lips and caressing it with his thumb, he whispered in a hoarse voice,
"Pehle se gussa hai hum, aur naaraz mat karo Hume."
She ignored his words. Why should he be angry? He already knew that he had to leave for town along with his mother, it was her who didn't knew. Neither did he informed her.
And also, his mother talks to her so roughly the entire day, she manages that. All she needed was peace now.
She pushed him aside and started walking away, but Abhigyan, was really not in mood today. He was cold. Angry. In his ruthless self.
He grabbed her braid and gripped it in a fist.
Pulling her back towards his chest.
She hissed in pain.
From behind, he gritted his teeth and questioned,
"Kis baat ki narazgi hai tumhe? Abhi nikaal de saari?".
She hissed. Tears collected in her eyes. And she started sobbing silently.
Abhigyan held her jaw tightly from behind and muttered,
"Khud ki maa ke taane suno, bahar jaakar samaaj ke be-fizul ki baatein suljhao, Ghar aao toh biwi naraz.. kis baat ki garmi hai itni..Hume bhi batao zara?".
She remained silent. Tears dripping down. And one tear on its own, fell on his finger. He felt the wetness and turned her face towards him, holding her jaw with the same grip.
As his eyes, noticed her tears, he immediately left her braid and jaw and stepped back. He cursed multiple shit words to himself and then turned her body back.
Pulling her close, holding her arms, he placed her head on his chest.
She didn't hold him as every time and he cussed to himself again.
He caressed her head slowly and spoke,
"Hume pata nahi chala hum gusse me kya kar rahe the.. yakeen Karo humara."
She hiccuped. Sobbing hardly now.
He kissed on her forehead and tried to calm her down by caressing her back.
Along with her, he walked to the bed and made her sit on it. He came back with a glass of water and forwarded it to her. She denied. But he forcefully made her drink it to stop her hiccups.
He made her lie down on the bed and laid beside her, taking her in his arms, lovingly, carefully.
He held her hand to place it around his torso, but she denied.
It broke his heart. But she was in equal pain too.
She stuttered and spoke,
"Aap.... Aap ..hum..par...itna...-".
He shook his head immediately and kissed her on her temple.
"No, never, never... I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have hold you so tightly, I'm sorry betu."
She gulped, still sobbing,
"You.. were.. you..were -".
He cut her off again by placing his index finger on her lips, "Shhhh.. shh."
"Galti hogayi humse. Hum gusse me the.. Hume aana hi nahi chahiye tha tumhare paas."
He wiped her tears off and continued,
"Nahi rehta humara gusse pe vash, kho dete hai hum khud ko.. humne tumhe bataya hai na... Bas itni si galti hogayi ki tumhare upar gussa nikal gaya. Maaf kardo Hume."
For few minutes, he kept on caressing her back, until she calmed down and stopped crying.
When her cheeks were dry, he asked her slowly,
"Why were you not taking to me, Priya? You know I cannot bare your silence when we're together."
She sat up on bed slowly,
"Saree.. pin chubh Raha hai hume."
He sat up along with her and slowly, carefully, removed the pin from her shoulder and her plates.
"Want to open this?", he asked and she nodded.
He unwrapped her saree and underskirt from her body and opened the hook of her blouse. Placing it aside, he opened her undergarments one by one. He then, undressed himself.
Covering themselves with blanket, he laid down again, along with her on the bed.
This time, she held her, around his torso. He stroked her hair and asked,
"Ab batao.. kya hua tha?".
She whimpered a little and spoke,
"Aapne Hume batana bhi zaroori nahi samjha ki aap Jaa rahe hai parso."
He now, understood everything clearly.
He muttered,
"Hum kya batate tumhe, Hume khud Abhisar ne subhe yaad dilaya."
She tightened her hold around his torso and spoke,
"Uss din hi aapne waada Kiya tha humse ki aapki saari raatein humari hongi, kuch din me hi torne ka iraada hai?".
He shook his head, pushing the hair strands behind her earlobe.
"Hum chahe kitna bhi door rahe tumse, humari saari raatein toh tumhare hi naam hongi."
She smiled, gently.
"Kitne din door rehna parega Hume aapse?".
He replied, quietly,
"Ek hafta."
She nodded.
One week?
She will have to remain one week away from him. In her newly married life. Without her husband. Alone in a new place.
She heard his voice,
"Abhisar rahega aapke sath, aapko chinta karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Uske rehte aapko koi pareshani nahi hogi."
She nodded her head.
Silence surrounded them.
After few minutes of silence he asked,
"Aur bhi koi baat thi?".
She chewed her lips from inside, deciding to stay silent. But he understood her silence.
He turned his body towards her, caressing her cheek,
"Hume pata hai, aap bhi maa ki taano ki wajah se naraz thi. Hai na?".
She replied in a low voice, very low,
"Ji."
He placed his lips on the back of her hands one by one.
"Humne bataya tha na.. thodi karwi hai wo.. Hume nahi pata tha.. itna sunna parega aapko. Hum baat karenge maa se. Hmm?".
She shook her head immediately, holding his hands and nuzzling into his chest,
"Nahi.. aap kuch nahi kahenge."
He stroked her back and asked softly,
"Why?".
She collected all her courage to reply her husband,
"Hum nahi chahte.. Aaj ke baat ke baad.. ki.. maa ji.. sidha-sidha.. aapko.. joru ka ghulaam keh de."
He laughed, listening her.
He didn't knew why he was laughing, but he laughed.
Placing his lips on her forehead he muttered,
"Joru ke hi toh ghulaam kehlaenge, kisi aur aurat ke toh nahi."
She shook her head.
"I don't know.. you'll not tell her anything. Otherwise I'll become angry again."
He nodded his head.
He liked how his wife cares about his image. His respect. And he knew it's his responsibility to care about her respect now. Doesn't matter if the other person is his mother. He'll not go against her directly. But he'll also not let Priya's respect fade away.
Few minutes passed, he decided to tease her now.
Pulling her close, he whispered in her ear,
"Doodh Pina hai hume, tumhara."
She laughed mutely.
She knew how much her husband likes her bosoms.
She raised herself with the support of her elbow, placing one palm below her head, her body facing him.
She held her bosom and forwarded it to him like an infant. He took it in his mouth. Sucking it slowly. She started caressing his hairs.
Which soothed him.
His rough mood.
Every bit of his muscle.
Leaving her nipple for once, he looked into her eyes.
She was gazing him, with a smile, caressing his head.
She raised her eyebrows a little questioning him.
He replied in a low voice,
"Kal jaane se pehle, Hume tum chahiye. Humare bistar par. Bilkul aisi hi. Poori raat pyaar karna chahte hai hum tumhe."
She nodded. Knowing that tomorrow night will not be easy for her.
She just nodded.
And he lowered his gaze again and started doing his work on her bosoms.
